SSC GD Constable Syllabus 2018 – The syllabus of SSC GD Constable exam is released by exam conducting body, Staff Selection Commission (SSC). SSC GD Constable syllabus provide details regarding the topics and sub-topics under different sections of written exam. SSC GD Constable Exam Pattern 2018
The exam pattern of SSC GD Constable is divided into three parts – Physical Standards Test (PST)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Exam, Medical Examination. PST/ PET is biometric identification & screening of testimonials, chest, weight measurements and race of 1 Mile in 6:30 minutes for male and 800 meters in 4 minutes for females candidates. The shortlisted candidates are eligible to appear for the written test.
The written test comprises Objective Multiple Choice Type questions from four sections – General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics and English/Hindi. Candidates who fill their applications online can write the paper either in English or Hindi whereas those applying offline can give their exam in regional languages as well as in English and Hindi. Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates found eligible on height parameters will undergo PET (race) followed by biometric identification & screening of testimonials and thereafter chest and weight measurements by a board.

Candidates who qualify PST/PET test are eligible for written exam. The written examination of SSC GD Constable consists of one objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks.
